About the role
An exciting and great opportunity within the Ron Brooks Contact Centre has arisen. Working to start a successful dynamic team working along side the Group Aftersales Manager and department leaders, the main responsibilities are to drive performance day to day and to ensure the business is achieving and exceeding the Aftersales and Manufacturers KPI's. In addition to this developing and working with the existing team and driving them to the next level in both performance and customers service skills.
The successful candidate will need be self motivated, driven and have a can do attitude. Have experience within the Motor trade or a Contact Centre Environment. You would need to have an outstanding work ethic, strong organisation skills and be able to communicate on all levels with managers and the Directors of our business and most importantly the team.
