As a Bodyshop Administrator You will be part of the Bodyshop team providing administrative support to the Advisors and Managers. Part of this task is to ensure that all notes are made on our systems and that the work is handed over to the Advisors. Call handling, card and cash transactions scanning, filing and archiving are all part of this role as well as assisting with audits.
You will work very closely with the Bodyshop Admin team / Assistant Manager to get job card files ready as well as collating invoices from sub-contractors.
As part of this role you will provide support as and when required, booking customer cars in for repair/attention.
