Jemca are currently offering a new opportunity as a Service Reception Supervisor to join our business based out of our Toyota Enfield dealership. As a Service Reception Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily activities of the front of house service team. With great product knowledge and a passion for delivering great customer service, you will use excellent communication skills to provide a seamless service to customers and be sure to retain them for the future. Knowledgeable and professional, you’ll work with your team to maximise upsell opportunities whilst delighting our customers.
This is a great opportunity for a Service Reception Supervisor who is looking to grow their OTE and knowledge of Hybrid technology, or for an experienced Service Advisor looking to take their first step into management.
