As a Vehicle Co-ordinator, you will play a very important role in achieving our organisational goals. With great organisation skills and an eye for detail, you will be responsible for preparing our Vehicles ready for delivery. You will be immaculately dressed in business attire to present the best image for Jemca, along with a passion for delivering great customer service and excellent communication skills; you will provide a seamless service to our customers.
You will have the drive and determination to succeed in a demanding environment. To qualify for this position, you must have a proven track record in the delivery of great customer service and experience in a fast paced environment.
What we need.
Deliver complete customer satisfaction.
- Meet and greet customers on arrival to the centre.
- Understand the customer journey experience and be committed to delivering an unrivalled level of customer service and deliveries.
- Ensure that all customer complaints are dealt with both speedily and effectively, referring any unresolved problems to the appropriate Line Manager.
- Handle all internal and external customers and suppliers with courtesy endeavouring to provide them with a seamless service.
- Deliver and collect customer vehicles within the designated time frame.
Work as a full member of the Centre team.
- Be respectful and courteous to all colleagues.
- Ensure opportunities for sales by other teams are followed up by the most appropriate specialist
- Work with colleagues across the dealership (parts, service and sales in particular) to provide the best service.
Comply with Jemca process and standards
- Maintain front and rear car park control and vehicle movement
- Report any damage or component deficiencies which have occurred when they arise
- Maintain all courtesy cars
- Ensure cleanliness of all parking areas
- Collect and/or deliver vehicles from and to other locations as directed by the Line Manager
- Ensure that the image and levels of customer service within the department is in line with company standards.
- Ensure that the company vehicle is maintained in line with both company and legal requirements ensuring that any mechanical problems or accident damage is immediately reported.
- Cover security of the centre within your working hours
Deliver your goals.
- Ensure all Vehicles are cleaned and prepared to a high standard ready for delivery.
- Attend all training and meetings to achieve excellent product knowledge that is requested of you.
- Follow key processes to achieve excellent customer service.
Your Skills.
- Have a clean UK recognised driving licence and relevant experience in an automotive environment
- Knowledge of the local and surrounding area and be able to interact with customers to deliver a great service.
- Work efficiently under pressure and be able to work in a cross functional team.
- Work efficiently under pressure.
