As a Driver, you will play a very important role in achieving our organisational goals. With great organisation skills and an eye for detail, you will be responsible for the ensuring all vehicles are manoeuvred around the site safely and available for customer collection. You will be immaculately dressed in business attire to present the best image for Jemca, along with a passion for delivering great customer service and excellent communication skills, you will provide a seamless service to our customers.
You will have the drive and determination to succeed in a demanding environment. To qualify for this position you must be highly organised, have a proven track record in the delivery of great customer service and experience in a fast paced environment
What we need.
Deliver complete customer satisfaction.
• Maintain car park control and movement around the site, ensuring smooth movement around the site
• Ensure the car park are maintained to ensure customer satisfaction
• Build rapport with customers and find out what assistance or information they require, directing them accordingly to the right person/department
• Ensure that all customer complaints are reported to the relevant individual
• Work as a full member of the Centre team to provide a seamless service to customers & suppliers
Work as a full member of the Centre team.
• Work closely with the front of house parking team and valet’s to ensure customer’s cars are ready on time.
• Work with colleagues across the dealership (parts, service and sales in particular fellow car park colleagues) to provide the best service.
• Be respectful and courteous to all colleagues.
Comply with Jemca process and standards
• Maintain cleanliness & tidiness of the car park to ensure Health & safety standards are met
• Ensure cars are parked in designated spaces and not causing obstructions which would hinder Health & Safety regulations
• Ensure that any vehicle driven on behalf of the company is maintained and driven in line with both company and legal requirements ensuring that any mechanical problems or accident damage is reported.
• Ensure that any vehicles being moved on behalf of the company are completed within the agreed timescales and within the requirements of the prevailing laws, notifying any problems to relevant individual.
• Ensure that the image and level of customer service within the department are in line with company standards.
• Be flexible and able to work to short deadlines.

• Ensure all Vehicles that are handed over are cleaned to a high standard ready for their designated collection time.
