We’re looking for a skilled Service Manager to join our team at our Hull site and build a long-term career with us.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous Service Manager experience in a car dealership environment
• Proven experience of achieving targets
• Excellent customer service and people skills
• Strong leadership and people management ability
• Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
• NVQ Level 2 or higher in Customer Service/Business Administration (desirable)
• Recognised motor industry qualification or equivalent (desirable)

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our Service Department, maximise productivity and profitability, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the Service team and uphold Toyota and John Roe standards
• Manage daily workshop operations and drive key targets
• Monitor KPIs and improve performance and profitability
• Ensure processes are followed and customer follow-ups completed
• Resolve complaints quickly and effectively
• Oversee recruitment, training, and team development
• Support apprentice technicians and ongoing technical development
• Manage valeting team and drivers, including goodwill decisions
• Ensure all training meets TGB standards and compliance requirements
