We’re looking for a skilled Body and Paint Manager to join our team at our Hull site and build a long-term career with us.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bodyshop or Body & Paint management experience in a dealership environment
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
- Experience achieving targets and improving operational performance
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organised, proactive and results-focused mindset
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Body & Paint team
- Maximise productivity and turnaround times
- Deliver high customer satisfaction and quality workmanship
- Drive operational efficiency and profitability
- Support training and development of team members
- Collaborate across departments to enhance customer experience
