Requirements
· Experience: 1 year in Motor Sales or Customer Service (Required).
· Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (Required).
· Location: In-person at our Hull centre.
The Package
· Earnings: £20,000 basic salary + realistic commission (OTE up to £45,000).
· Hours: 42.5 hours per week (5.5 days).

The Role
We are looking for a dynamic "people person" to join our Hull team. You will guide customers through their journey, matching them with their ideal vehicle while delivering excellence at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
· Build Rapport: Uncover customer needs and build lasting trust.
· Expert Knowledge: Become "fluent" in Toyota’s industry-leading products.
· Drive Sales: Manage your own diary, follow up leads, and lead test drives.
· Collaborate: Work with a team of like-minded professionals to hit KPIs.
About You
You don’t necessarily need motor trade experience, but you must have a proven track record in a sales or customer-focused role.
