Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30AM-6:00PM, Saturday 08:30AM-5:00PM with a day off in the week, Sunday 11:00AM-4:00PM on a rota basis

The Sales Executive Opportunity:
You will be joining an award winning team selling and looking after Toyota customers all over Cornwall for nearly 25 years from our two centres.
As a Sales Executive you’ll make sure that every customer feels unique by understanding exactly where and how our Toyota vehicles fit into their lifestyle . It’s all about matching the person to the right car and ensuring they have the features and add-ons to suit, with the aim for complete customer satisfaction from start to finish.
Your day will include:
+ Building trust, communicating effectively and exceeding our customer's expectations through qualification and creating an effective first impression.
+ Maximising opportunities through prospecting, following-up calls, in-bound telephone enquiries, walk in prospects and internet/online enquiries.
+ This may suit someone who has previously worked as a car sales executive or a retail/customer role.
+ Ultimately you will be able to demonstrate an ability and record of achieving and exceeding targets.
+ The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.
+ Hold the potential to forge a successful career with us.
+ You will hold a valid UK drivers licence.
+ Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

In 2004 we opened our Helston site to look after south Cornwall. Since then we continued with our local Cornish family values of looking after all our customers old and new.
