Looking to dive into the automotive industry with one of the world’s biggest brands? The Steven Eagell Group, Europe’s largest Lexus and Toyota retailer, is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Parts Advisor at our Oxford branch. We’ll provide all the training you need and real career development opportunities to help you grow.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • You’ll play a key role in making sure customers get the parts they need, whether it’s for repairs, servicing, or upgrades.
  • You’ll use our company’s computer system to log stock movements and place orders, ensuring we have the right parts in stock at the right time.
  • Work closely with your colleagues and customers to provide exceptional service, helping to improve parts sales performance and solving any issues that arise.
  • You'll get fully trained in the role, and upon completion of your apprenticeship, you’ll earn a Level 2 Retailer Standards qualification.
  • Off-the-job training takes place in residential blocks, and all travel and accommodation costs are covered by the company.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Someone who’s literate, numerate, and ready to learn.
  • You’ll need to be computer literate and well-organised.
  • A good communicator with the ability to work with different types of customers.
  • Willing to study and grow into a first-rate Parts Advisor.
  • A logical thinker who can solve problems and follow instructions.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
