
Overview:
The Business Sales Specialist is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within assigned markets. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of our products and industry landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in CRM systems.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or related roles.
Strong understanding of business products and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

£37.500 guarantee for the first 6 months - £27,500 + 10%
