
Jemca are currently offering a fantastic opportunity for a Warranty Administrator to join our business based out of our Toyota Sidcup dealership. As a Warranty Administrator, you will work very closely with the Service department to ensure all warranties are processed efficiently and correctly. You will be in charge of factory credit, rejected claims and all past, present and pending claims. Having great communication and administration skills you will work in your team to make sure every customer’s claim is handled correctly. This role would be ideal for an experienced Warranty Administrator looking to increase their OTE and knowledge of Hybrid technology.
About the role
Despatch displaced material as and when required
Keep up to date on the labour rates advertised by the manufacturer/supplier
Action alterations to warranty policy and submissions as specified by manufacturer/supplier
Deal with claims with regard to paintwork repairs, raising WCA as required
Maintain a full working knowledge of the manufacturer’s warranty policy
Ensure paperwork is compliant in accordance with Toyota guidelines
Obtain authorisations via appropriate systems
Communicate possible improvements to the Service Manager
To carry out other duties as reasonably requested
Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
To undertake such other duties as may be required from time to time as are consistent with the responsibility of the role
Process all warranty claims i.e., Calculate the labour and material costs
Ensure Warranty claims are dealt with in a speedy and efficient manner
Maintain comprehensive files of present, pending and passed claims
Check factory credit, rejected claims querying these when required
Work with all departments to ensure every customer is happy
Your Skills
Experience as a Warranty Administrator
Must have worked within a main dealer environment
Have great attention to detail
Be able to communicate effectively over the phone and F2F
Computer literate, and be able to work in a cross functional team
Be experienced within administration
Must have experience dealing with heavy work loads
