Salary: £20K/annum basic (£35,000 per annum, inclusive of OTE, with the potential for higher earnings thanks to uncapped OTE), and a company vehicle. This role involves weekend work.
Work Schedule - Monday to Friday – 9am – 6pm. (1 day off)
Weekend availability – Saturday 9am – 6pm, Sunday 10am – 4pm. (Sundays on rota basis)

Duties
- Listen and talk to customers, to uncover their needs and build trust and rapport
- Be curious to learn and become ‘fluent’ in Toyota’s products and services in order to use knowledge appropriately in your sales conversations
- Match customer to product and maximise opportunities through features and add-ons to suit
- Guide customers, advise them and adapt to their approach and buying strategy whilst demonstrating the most suitable options
- Encourage customers to experience the product through test drive
- Ensure customer issues are resolved along the customer journey
- Maximise opportunities for sales leads via multiple channels, following up calls, responding to enquiries, walk-in customers and online queries
- Results-focused, strive for outstanding performance and a focus on solutions
- Willingly learn and show an openness to change, new processes and new ideas in order to credibly respond to customers and qualify their expectations
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business, providing a seamless service and ensuring opportunities for sales by relevant departments are followed up by appropriate experts e.g. Fleet sales
- Represent the Toyota brand and values, proudly serving as an ambassador for its network.

Experience and Qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Good level of general education - at least GCSE English and Maths and ideally A Levels or equivalent qualification
- Good IT skills, (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and social media skills
- Sales experience (not necessarily automotive) and the ability to work to pre-set targets.
- Good communication skills
- Well-organised.
