Accounts Assistant (Purchase Ledger)

Reporting to: Dealership Accountant and Financial Controller
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30 (37.5 hours per week)

To work as part of a team that provide day to day accounting support to the dealership accountant and the company and assist team with the following duties:
+ Collection and distribution of daily reports
+ Purchase ledger – invoice entry, reconciliation of statements, payments, remittance advices.
+ To provide regular, accurate and meaningful financial accounts and other daily/weekly/period reports to Directors/Financial Controller and senior managers as required.
+ To ensure proper and safe custody of all cash and convertible securities on premises and in transit.
+ To ensure that all confidential and sensitive records are stored and used within the requirements of the Data Protection Acts.
+ To enhance the reputation of our company at every opportunity when interacting with others.
