About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and dedicated Site Maintenance Officer to help keep our properties in top shape. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in your craftsmanship, and can manage multiple tasks, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- General Maintenance: Perform essential gardening, weeding, and landscaping tasks.
- Minor Carpentry: Assemble flat-pack furniture, install shelves, and tackle minor repairs.
- Painting & Decorating: Refresh our spaces with your painting skills and manage minor repairs.
- Basic Plumbing: Handle simple plumbing tasks, like changing washers and clearing blockages.
- Furniture Management: Assist with moving furniture during office refurbishments.
- Guttering Maintenance: Keep our buildings looking their best by cleaning and repairing guttering.
- License Holder: You must have a full driving license.
- Experienced & Willing: Previous experience in a maintenance role is preferred, but a positive attitude
- Self-Starter: You can manage your own workload, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- Great Communicator: You have strong interpersonal skills and can collaborate effectively with others.
- Hardworking: Your proactive nature and commitment to quality shine through in all your work.
