About the Role

• Hours: Wednesday to Friday, 8:00am - 17:30pm working alternate Saturday mornings 08:30-12:30
• Earn up to £16,296.00 per annum including a bonus.
• You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, embodying the spirit of Omotenashi - the Japanese principle of selfless hospitality. 
• As a brand ambassador, you will represent our Vantage Core Values and help deliver customer-focused service at every interaction. 
• This part-time role means working alongside another host, with flexibility to cover holidays when needed. 

Ideal Candidate

• Customer service experience is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously with clear, professional communication. 
• A team player who can collaborate seamlessly with both Sales and Service departments. 
• Enthusiastic and proactive, you're eager to be trained and coached by our team and Toyota to represent the brand at the highest level.
