Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
Effectively manage the customer through the entire service process from enquiry to delivery and beyond to deliver a great customer experience throughout, delighting them at every opportunity
+ You’ll have a customer service background in either automotive or any related industry or a customer facing role ideally with the motor industry, however, this is not essential
+ You’ll be motivated, enthusiastic, helpful with a can-do attitude
+ Committed to delivering an exceptional level of customer service
+ You’ll be well presented with the resilience and drive to succeed
+ The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers face to face and over the telephone is essential
+ You’ll be computer literate
+ A full clean driving licence is preferred
